Ramona is a full CRM with AI Chat, compliance tooling, and your day-to-day workflow — but no in-platform quoting or enrollment. Ramona Elite adds in-platform Medicare quoting and enrollment (MA/MAPD/PDP/MedSupp/Ancillary via Connecture), AI plan scoring, commissions, batch tools, and the Benefits Life network — leads, appointments, and directory placement. Elite is earned by contracting under a Benefits Life upline, not purchased.

The Elite tier is bundled with the Benefits Life network — priority leads, carrier appointments, override schedules, and directory placement. Those only make sense for agents contracted under a Benefits Life upline. If you want Elite, the path is to talk to us about contracting; the platform comes with the relationship.

Yes — add-ons attach to either tier at the same price. The one exception is the storage upgrade, which only applies to Ramona since Ramona Elite already includes unlimited document storage.

Ramona is HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2 Type II, and Vanta-verified. Every appointment carries digital PTC and SOA, and the platform keeps a hash-chain audit log so you can produce a one-click CMS audit response for any date range.
