This Privacy Policy explains how Benefits Life, Inc. ("Benefits Life," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Ramona platform and ramona.ai (the "Services"). It does not modify the terms of any business associate agreement or data processing agreement we have executed with you.
Account and profile details, billing information, the content you submit (including client and policy data you enter into the platform), and communications you send us.
Usage data, device and browser information, log data, and cookies or similar technologies used to operate and improve the Services.
Data from integrated providers (such as quoting, enrollment, and verification partners) used to deliver platform features.
To the extent we process protected health information ("PHI") on your behalf, we do so as a business associate consistent with HIPAA and the terms of an executed business associate agreement. PHI is handled only as permitted by that agreement and applicable law.
We share information with service providers and integration partners who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards; with carriers, FMOs, or uplines as needed to deliver the Services you request; to comply with law or protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.
